- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A booking is confirmed only when receipt of a confirmation email has been sent.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking for legitimate reasons, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability.
- Pricing and Payments
- All prices are displayed in GBP (Great British Pounds/Sterling)
- Prices may include or exclude taxes and fees as indicated at checkout.
- Full payment is required 20 days before arrival.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
- Cancellations and Refunds
Guest Cancellations
- Cancellation is complimentary up until 20 days prior to arrival.
- Refund eligibility will be displayed before booking confirmation.
Company Cancellations
- In exceptional circumstances, we may cancel a booking and provide a full refund or alternative accommodation where possible.
- Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in time: 3pm
- Check-out time: 11am
- Fees may apply for keys left back to reception after checking out time.
- Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
- Provide accurate booking information.
- Comply with property rules and local laws.
- Respect other guests and property staff.
- Be responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
- Be responsible for their keys to rooms.

Violation of property rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
